I provide therapy for women and adults who are navigating disordered eating and exercise patterns, body image concerns, trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. Oftentimes, these challenges show up in other ways—including restrictive or compulsive eating, overexercising, negative self-talk, or difficulty coping with change. In my work with clients, I have found that these issues can affect daily life, relationships, and overall well-being, which can feel overwhelming, isolating, or discouraging.
The most important part of therapy is creating a space where you feel supported and empowered to explore your thoughts, emotions, and behaviours without judgment. It’s essential to feel heard and understood while developing tools and strategies that help you feel more in control, connected, and confident in your life.
I first became interested in supporting mental health when I was volunteering at my university’s peer support network, where I felt deeply connected to helping young adults navigate their mental health journeys. Around the same time, I relied on group fitness classes to manage my own stress, eventually becoming a group fitness instructor myself. Through this experience, I began noticing restrictive behaviors, overexercising, and emotional eating in myself and those around me. This self-work and unlearning inspired me to pursue professional training as a Registered Psychotherapist and open a private practice dedicated to helping others reclaim their relationship with food, movement, and their bodies, while navigating life transitions, trauma, anxiety, and depression.
I draw from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and somatic techniques to help clients develop skills, build resilience, and process emotions safely and effectively.
I work one-on-one with clients to identify patterns, develop practical strategies, and create personalized tools that fit into everyday life. My goal is to help you feel empowered, connected to your body and mind, and confident in navigating life’s challenges.
As a Registered Psychotherapist, my areas of focus include:
Disordered Eating & Exercise Patterns | Body Image Concerns | Trauma | Anxiety & Depression | Life Transitions
If you’re ready to get started, I offer a brief consult to see if we’re a good fit. I would love to help you reclaim your relationship with food, movement, and your body, and feel more empowered in your life.

Beyond Psychotherapy
When I’m not with clients, you can usually find me going for long walks with friends, spending time with my cats, or watching the latest Netflix drama. I love incorporating joyful movement practices like Pilates, yoga, and weightlifting to help regulate my nervous system. I enjoy spending time outdoors and finding quiet moments to write or reflect. Connection is important to me—time with friends, family, and meaningful conversations are a big part of what keeps me grounded.
